Unconscious bias refers to a bias that we are unaware of, and which happens outside of our control. It is a bias that is triggered by our brain making quick judgments and assessments of people and situations, influenced by our background, cultural environment and personal experiences. In this ClickSide chat, hosted by Maria Alvim-Gaston and Rebecca Leon, we will discuss common unconscious biases to overcome and help promote inclusivity.

The event is FREE and exclusive to our members.

Space is extremely limited, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once registration is filled, no wait list will be initiated. Registration for ClickSide Chat is required in order to provide you with the final login instructions.
