Women and Hi Tech is a not-for-profit organization of women and men whose goal is to attract, develop, retain, support and promote women who are interested in technology, through networking, role modeling, education and professional development. We serve women in any field in which technology has had an impact, starting in grade school and continuing through their professional careers.

Women and Hi Tech hosts quarterly development and education luncheons on topics including career development, work-life balance, mentoring and business awareness. Our a bi-annual Leading Light Awards honors women of achievement in science, education and technology who have set an example to others in pursuing their chosen career, and attracts over 300 participants.

Women and Hi Tech’s Mission
Women and Hi Tech serves to engage, educate, and energize women in science, engineering, and technology.

Women & Hi Tech is fast becoming the largest women’s organization in Indianapolis. Our members represent a diversity of fields including computer technology, consulting, manufacturing, engineering, education, life sciences, marketing, public service and sales.
