Nominees do not have to be members of Women and Hi Tech.
Individuals serving on the Women and Hi Tech Judging Committee may not submit nominations.
Anyone may nominate another party but nominators must provide all required information.
An organization or individual may nominate itself.
All individual award nominees must be women, with the exception of the Distinguished Individual / Organization Dedicated to the Mentoring & Growth of Women in Science or Technology
All individual award nominees must reside in Indiana and be employed by an Indiana-based headquarters, subsidiary or division.
Although a company may be a division of a larger company, information supplied must relate to the nominee's business in Indiana.
Individuals can only be nominated for one award category in any given year.
Individuals may receive an award in different award categories in subsequent years.
Organizations are limited to receiving one award every two years.
All nominations must conform to the specific nomination form. If a nominations is not in conformance, you will receive a message indicating what changes need to be made for proper submission.
Nomination materials will not be returned.
